Roller Dance LydiaEvery Friday evening at Esporta Health club in Leeds City Centre (SEE MAP) from 7pm-8:30pm, Rollerdance Workout for all abilities. Starting with 40 minutes ofskate warm-up and stretching, theworkout session builds up from basic rollerdance steps to more advanced steps as theworkout progresses.The workout will help build your confidence on skates and teach you a wide range of rollerdancesteps. The workout is a great form of aerobic exercise that is very low impact on your joints and is great for your core and leg muscle groups.

Rollerdance is great fun and you won't even realise that you're getting a great workout at the same time! If you don't own a pair of skates please contact me to book a pair for an extra £2. Please note that if you plan on coming for the first time you should get in touch first to reserve a place. Don’t worry about coming alone; the regulars are very friendly and you’ll be made to feel very welcome by all.
